Aluminate Aluminium Cleaner

Aluminate is a chemistry designed to remove oxides from Aluminium without the use of acids.

Aluminate eliminates the need for extremely hazardous hydrofluoric acid etching solutions and expensive blast cabinets by removing oxides on all types of aluminium and aluminium alloys.

Aluminate contains no fluorides, is non-toxic, non-corrosive, is biodegradable and contains no acids or alkalis.

Aluminate is non-flammable and contains no petroleum solvents.

Aluminate can be used in recirculating washers, vibratory polishing units, ultrasonic cleaners or dip baths

Aluminate is non-hazardous and can ship by any normal postal or regular freight service.

Aluminate works best heated to around 50°C (warm enough to still be able to put your hands in while cleaning items).

Immerse parts for two to fifteen minutes, remove and rinse with water.

Aluminate will also remove dirt and scale, but for heavy deposits may require a light scrub to speed up the cleaning process.

An old toothbrush works perfectly well. Soaking for extended times may be required for stubborn debris.

Aluminate is not sensitive to temperatures above 50°C and will still work perfectly if further heating is required.

Please take all precautions necessary when working with fluids at higher temperatures.

Aluminate will not harm gaskets or seals, so in most cases items being cleaned will not require dismantling.

Water lost to evaporation during cleaning must be replaced to maintain Aluminates ability to work if being used repeatedly.

Aluminate has an indefinite shelf life if unused and can be used repeatedly until it becomes saturated with oxides and stops working.
